Vehicle Mounted Scissor Lift
Designed a lifting system with a 635 kg SWL, 10 m lift, and 1.5 m traverse. Delivered full mechanical design, including engineering calculations, FEA, and CE marking. Produced complete manufacturing drawing packages for laser cutting and forming, machining, fabrication, and assembly, alongside specification of hydraulic and electrical systems. Supervised assembly, commissioning, and testing to ensure successful project delivery.
Concept Design and Rendering
Developed detailed concept designs across a range of applications, including aircraft access solutions such as the Airbus A380 nose section. Produced high-quality visual renderings and technical drawings to clearly communicate design intent and successfully secure project contracts.
Overhead Swinging Utilities Boom
Designed an overhead swinging utilities boom to support pneumatic air hoses, three-phase, and single-phase power supplies. The solution enabled full access across the operational swept area, including extended reach positions. Produced complete design and manufacturing documentation, and supervised on-site assembly and installation.
Aircraft Cargo Door Access Steps
Designed a set of access steps for the cargo doors on a Boeing 737, including the creation of a full manufacturing drawing package. Supervised assembly to ensure successful delivery.
